You Wouldn’t Get This From Any Other Guy

The week is almost over, so it’s time for a new Friday 10! Last week we got 4 out of 10 with Frodis Caper identifying 3 and Fred identifying 1!

One of the unidentified tracks was Run DMC’s “My Adidas,” which I’m fairly sure has gone unidentified twice now since I started doing this game again. It’s the single track that is most credited with creating our current state of musical product placement in the American industry — although it was originally written without Adidas’ input and the sport shoe brand only bought into the promotional value of being rapped about after the song hit the charts.
