It’s Friday, and the last week’s random 10 lyrics have had their answers posted! Both on the original post, and in this handy YouTube playlist for those who prefer listening! Thud and Fred took top honors with two lyrics identified apiece, and Frodis Caper stepped in to pick up an additional lyric.
Honestly, it was surprising to me a little over a year ago when trailers hit American cinemas for Better Man, based on the life of Robbie Williams. The biopic in which Robbie is portrayed by a CGI ape was high concept, but what genuinely shocked me was the sheer number of Americans who responded to the trailer with, “Who is this guy? Why are we supposed to care?” Like, guys, I know he was a lot more popular in the UK than over here, but he had MASSIVE hits on US radio with “Millennium” (featuring a sampled riff from “You Only Live Twice”) and, of course, “Angels.”
And now it’s time to get in the comments! If you know the artist and the song, comment with it below. No searching for the answers (or asking the LLM, for that matter), but you will get credit if you’re at least close to the artist and title (and nobody gets closer), and I automatically give credit if you identify a cover that I can find. Let’s crack in!

There’s s part of me imagining #1 as Billy Joel’s follow-up in another world to his breakout hit, “Let’s Piano Man Again (Like We Did Last Summer).”
That is such a hilarious idea, I’m tempted to act like it’s the real answer.
